ADHD Evaluations For Adults
Clarity, Answers, and a Path Forward
If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD is contributing to your struggles with focus, organization, follow-through, or emotional overwhelm, you’re not alone. Many high-achieving, capable adults silently wrestle with the impacts of undiagnosed ADHD—especially women, people of color, and those who’ve learned to "mask" symptoms over time.
At Serene Solutions Counseling & Consulting Services, we offer comprehensive ADHD evaluations for adults seeking clarity, validation, and next steps for managing their symptoms.
Common Signs of ADHD in Adults:
Difficulty focusing, staying organized, or completing tasks
Chronic procrastination or missing deadlines
Impulsivity or emotional reactivity
Feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities
Trouble managing time or routines
A long-standing sense of “underachieving” despite effort
Restlessness or nervous energy, especially in quiet settings
Forgetfulness or frequent memory lapses
Strained relationships due to inattentiveness, irritability, or impulsive communication
Mental fatigue from the constant effort to stay focused or the effects of medication
Mood challenges, such as anxiety or depression, which commonly co-occur with ADHD
