This Site is owned and operated by Serene Solutions Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC (“Company,” “I,” or “me”). The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

The Site provides information and services related to therapy, consulting, wellness resources, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting the Site, purchasing Services, or engaging with any products or materials, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Use of Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase Services.

  • You agree to use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only.

  • You may not use this Site to violate any local, state, or federal laws, or to post/transmit harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

Accounts & Security

Some Services may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Therapy & Consultation Appointments: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in being charged the applicable cancellation fee for the specific service scheduled, as outlined in your service paperwork.

  • Digital Products & Workbooks: All sales are final. No refunds are offered on downloadable or digital resources.

  • Workshops, Trainings, and Intensives: Cancellation and refund policies will be clearly stated in the service agreement or event registration paperwork.

Evaluations (Immigration, ADHD, ESA, and Other Clinical Assessments)

All evaluation services are comprehensive clinical assessments conducted to evaluate mental health symptoms, functioning, and to provide clinical impressions and recommendations.

By purchasing an evaluation, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Payment is for the time, expertise, and clinical assessment process, not for a specific diagnosis, outcome, or documentation

  • Evaluations do not guarantee the issuance of letters, reports, or specific findings

  • Any documentation (including immigration reports, ADHD diagnostic outcomes, or ESA letters) is provided only when clinically appropriate and supported by the assessment

  • All evaluations are conducted in accordance with professional, ethical, and legal standards

Evaluation Scheduling & Completion

  • Payment is required prior to scheduling

  • Your evaluation is not confirmed until an appointment is scheduled

  • You are responsible for completing all required forms and attending your scheduled session

  • Failure to schedule or attend your evaluation does not qualify for a refund

Evaluation Refund Policy

All evaluation services are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Outcomes that do not meet your expectations

  • Determinations that do not result in documentation (e.g., ESA letters, diagnosis, or immigration reports)

  • Missed appointments or failure to complete the evaluation process

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any evaluation service, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been rendered or made available.

In the event of a dispute or chargeback:

  • The Company reserves the right to provide documentation of services rendered, including purchase confirmation, communication, and evaluation participation

  • Initiating a chargeback after services have been rendered may be considered a violation of these Terms

Services Disclaimer

  • The information on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • Therapy Services are provided only to clients with an active intake and informed consent through the client portal. Visiting the Site does not create a therapist-client relationship.

  • Consulting and corporate services are separate from clinical therapy and do not constitute a therapeutic relationship.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials, is the property of Serene Solutions Counseling & Consulting Services and is protected by copyright law.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any Site content without prior written permission.

  • By submitting testimonials, feedback, or other materials, you grant the Company permission to use them for marketing and promotional purposes.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices, promotions, and availability of Services are subject to change at any time.

  • Unauthorized use of payment methods or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate termination of Services and may be reported to authorities.
