Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Providers are also out of network providers with other insurance companies. Most insurance plans provide for partial reimbursement for services provided by an out of network provider. Receipts are provided with relevant information for submission for reimbursement from your insurer.

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and some HSA/FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you no show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee which will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.
