Tamika Archer, LPC-R, has over a decade of working with women and children. Her passion is identity development and women’s emotional healing. She combines her clinical counseling expertise with her business knowledge to offer clients a unique behavioral perspective.
Tamika Archer has an MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with training in Humanistic Sandtray levels I and II and is currently pursuing a PhD. in Counseling Anthropology.
Specialties include job/career-related difficulties and issues, individual/personal coaching, and life transitions.
Tamika is highly interested in breaking barriers that prevent individuals of minority cultures from obtaining sound mental health support and bridging gaps where access is limited to mental health care and wellness.
Tamika counsels individuals who are experiencing life transitions, perinatal concerns, psychological, and spiritual problems. Her clients include those who desire to improve self, relationships, parenting, communication, and/or develop life skills.
In her spare time, Tamika, is the President and Founder of Halo Academy, Inc., a 501(c) 3 organization with the mission to assist families with education, entrepreneurial, and wellness resources that can help foster a creative mind and well soul.
